It was obvious that they were uneven and this was evident an hour after it was done so uneven healing of the skin cannot be blamed at this point but rather poor technique. I was willing to provide them with the opportunity to fix the problem during my touch up appointment. Unfortunately I was quite unwell on the day of my appointment and needed to reschedule to which she replied that she would be 'happy' to do so BUT failed to mention that she would be charging me $50 at that rescheduled appointment. The first 'touch up' was supposed to be included in the initial $400. Her unprofessional attitude not only displays her lack of customer satisfaction but mostly exposes her greed. Unfortunately once she's taken your money you will be of no consequence to her and her business.
